Currency
All product prices shown on www.sweetglare.com.hk are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD).
Substitutions
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

Flowers
In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Specialty gifts
Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.

Delivery & Payments
  • For same day delivery orders must be placed before 11:00a.m. in the recipient's time. When orders are received after 11:00 a.m., we will try our best to get your order prepared, but if we cannot, we will contact you ASAP. (Normally within an hour of your order)
  • During peak holiday periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, Easter etc.) same day delivery cutoff time may be earlier.
  • Requests for delivery at specific times of the day may be placed, but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us for further information. Our normal delivery times are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.
  • Delivery on Sunday is also available if ordered before 11:00a.m. in the recipient's time. If we are unable to make your Sunday delivery we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Incorrect delivery address information may result in the order not being delivered on the designated day. The cost of any reshipped products due to incorrect address information is the sender responsibility. We are not liable for wrong or incomplete addresses. Therefore, please make sure all delivery information is correct before you order.
  • We reverse the right to cancel the orders or delay the delivery date. When Hong Kong is threatened by hazardous weather, such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, tropical cyclones and storm surges.
  • If "No Such Person" is happened, which the name is provided by customer is the recipient, but "No Such Person" to collect and sign the slip, or the addressee refuses the order. We will not refund any fees to the customer, since the deal is absolutely done. Additional charge will be requested for the second delivery.
  • We accept International orders, which can be placed by person, by phone or online and delivered worldwide. Please be advised that international deliveries can take up to 48 hours as minimum time.
  • Delivery Charges: Extra charge will be added for special locations and subject to confirmation.

Sweetglare collects personal data for the purpose of providing a specific product or service requested by the customer. Certain information may be required in order to provide this product or service, such as full name of customer and recipient, authorised users, e-mail address, billing address, contact phone numbers and credit card number.

Disclosure of Information
Sweetglare will not disclose any personal information such as your name, address, email, telephone number to any person outside of the company, unless the customer has authorised us to do so or unless required by law to disclose such information. Furthermore, under no circumstances will Sweetglares sell or receive payments or services for disclosing customer's personal information to any partner or external company.
Offline Payment
You are most welcomed to call our experienced sales representitive between 9a.m. to 6:00p.m. on (852) 2387 3993 to arrange delivery. Alternatively you can fax your order, together with payment details to (852) 2728 9212.
Anonymity
Sweetglares customers have the right to remain anonymous except in circumstances where personal information is required to complete a credit card or account transaction. Sweetglare will not disclose the sender information to the recipient unless specifically requested to do so by the customer.

Cancellation of Orders
If you need to cancel your order incidentally, money will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee, EXCEPT notice is received by Sweetglare 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours will be subject to charged at 50% of the total order value. Please understand that this charging scheme is unavoidable when orders are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
Refunds
For any special situations, if you concern surrounding your order. We are highly appreciated if you can call our Customer Service Hotline at 852 - 2387 3993 to further understand your concerns. Our customer service representative will provide alternative solutions to you, which will subject to your particular situation. Your comments in related to your flowers sent or received are good for us to improve our service standard.

All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
